Objectives: | The students are able to calculate and to examine the dynamic behaviour of mechanisms and engines including non-linearities and parameter- excitation. |
Contents: | Subject of this module are the evolution of equation of motion using the formalism of Lagrange, free and forced excited vibrations of damped or undamped systems with n degrees of freedom, the modal-analyse, the investigation of starting processes, mass - balance in accelerated moving mechanisms, An introduction into non-linear vibrations and vibrations with parameter excitation will be given. |
Applicability: | Compulsory module for this course of studies and an elective module for other study paths. |
