Objectives:This lecture is designed for an advanced course in measuring techniques. The goal is to give an overview about electrical measurement instrumentation and to sensors and their application. Practical exercises
Contents:basics in electrical measuring techniques, oszilloscope, mechanical instruments, digital instruments, recording measurement devices, gauge standards, measurement of electrical quantities, compensation techniques, DC and AC- bridges, measuring of power and energy, time and frequency, circuits in measuring instrumentation, amplifiers, AD- and DA-transformer, computer aided measuring, sensor interfaces; signal processing; interface systems; sensor applications,
selected laboratory exercises
Applicability:Compulsory module for this course of studies and an elective module for other study paths.
