Objectives: | After successful participation of this class, students have the basic knowledge of robotics and can apply it to simple robots (participation in accompanying laboratory class required). In addition, students will be able to study the offered immersion lectures, such as Image-based robotics, better to follow. |

Course contents: | Overview of different applications of robots, design and components of robots, actuators and sensors; mathematical description of robots, coordinate systems and transformations, direct and inverse kinematics, singularities; Robotic applications; For a better understanding of the lecture contents, theoretical exercises are scheduled during the lecture. To illustrate the contents of the lectures and to apply acquired theoretical knowledge in practice, a lecture-based lecture will be offered. |
