Objectives:2x5 credits = 10 credits; class over 2 semesters! 5 credits summersemester. 5 credits wintersemester
Acquisition of in-depth specialist knowledge about technical supply systems, the possibilities of changing the structure and the electrical installations. It sensibly combines requirements of economic efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection.
After successful participation in this module, the students will be able
- to document and evaluate buildings and technical facilities,
- to carry out calculations in accordance with the EnEV and other applicable standards,
- to apply laws and regulations,
- to develop and present concepts for improving the energy balance,
- to draw up cost and profitability calculations for the planned modernization
Course contents:The participants will be enabled to draw up energy saving, renovation and modernization concepts for the entire plant technology, building automation and also for the building structure, taking into account the Energy Saving Ordinance and the European Building Directive, and to monitor their implementation and compliance.
The qualification imparts extensive knowledge about the interaction of all trades relevant for the energetic consideration of the plant technology and the building structure.
Furthermore, the students are able to draw up and calculate heat and energy balances of buildings and technical installations and to describe them mathematically.
After successful participation in this module, students can take an external examination before the Oldenburg Chamber of Crafts to obtain the protected title of "Building Energy Consultant in Crafts".
