Exam requirements:Basic knowledge in component design, construction of assemblies, construction of electrical housing, laying of cable harnesses and their transfer into a 2D drawing.
Objectives:Preparation for the construction of electrical components, housing and the creation of cable harnesses and production documents in a 3D CAD system
Course contents:Practical exercises with a current 3D CAD system:
Component construction, construction of simple assemblies, development of components with electrical contact data, installation of cable harnesses in free space and along surfaces and guiding elements, unwinding a cable harness and transfer into a 2D drawing, import and preparation of electrical components, construction of housing for electrical components with sheet processing module.
