Exam requirements:Relevant knowledge about important ecological cycles in atmosphere, soil and water as well as in geochemical elements. Knowledge about damage of the cycles and remedy. Assessment and management systems
Objectives:Basic knowledge about ecological contexts, effects and interferences. Basic knowledge about environmental strains with reasons and outcome. Knowledge about possible solutions after interferences in ecosystems. Knowledge about bioindicators and different assessment systems for ecosystems and operational benchmarking.
Course contents:History and importance of ecology in contemporary times. Global environmental strains and effects. Elements of ecosystems, circuits of material. Interferences of ecosystems by anthropogenic influence, special environmental strains – climate problem, airpollution, soil strains. Assessment of environmental strains and environmental damage.
