Exam requirements:Knowledge of the most important qualitative and quatitative methods of chemical abalysis. Deepened knwledge of seperation and spectrometric methods exspecially for environmental mixtures
Objectives:The aim of the course is to provide students with a basic knowledge of traditional analytical chemistry for charateristic classes of substances as well as working knowledge of possibilities of modern instrumental analytics especially for environmental pollution control.
Course contents:Classical methods in analyzing inorganic and organic compounds, Chromatographic, spectrometric and coupled methods. Sample preparation-techniques and quality control
